Purchases are usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day when possible. If you place your order after this time or Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped the next business day. Normal postal delivery times for UK destinations are 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days and all other areas worldwide 5-10 days. 

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and are fully insured, all shipments outside the UK are sent via FedEx. Tracking details will be provided the day the item ships. A signature is required on all deliveries. Import duties/taxes apply to orders shipped outside the UK. This is the buyer's responsibility.

We require all customers to confirm their delivery address in writing. By default, your order will be shipped to your home address unless you request otherwise. This must be agreed in advance with us in writing.

All items are shipped in nondescript packaging, plain outer boxes or envelopes and sealed with tamper security tape.

If you wish, you can also collect your purchases from our Liverpool Street Office. Please contact us to arrange a suitable appointment. Photo identification is required, such as a driver's license or passport.
