Refunds & Returns
Buying online can be stressful, but we understand how crucial peace of mind can be.  Our 14-day returns policy entitles you to a full refund or exchange if you decide to return your item after delivery.
 
Returning a product is simple:
  • Please contact us at info@sokojewels.com to inform us of your wish to return 
  • Ensure the return parcel is packaged safely, securely and document with images as you pack
  • Send the requested images or video to the email address used above, referencing your invoice number.
  • Deliver your parcel to the address provided using a tracked, insured courier. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Insuring the return parcel is the sender's responsibility. We DO NOT insure incoming packages.
  • Your package will be received and pass through quality control and a representative will be in contact regarding your refund.
  • A refund or exchange will be issued.
All returns must be communicated to Soko Jewels before being sent. Items must be returned with all their original documents, boxes and in the same condition as sent. As part of our returns procedure, all items must be inspected by our in-house experts. Any difference from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be reflected in the amount due. We cannot accept returns of personalised, engraved or altered items. Soko Jewels will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by misuse, neglect or accident.
 
Our jewellery comes fitted with a tamper-proof VOID label that if removed, voids the return period. The label shows a visible change when removed, therefore this cannot be taken off and reattached as this will also void your return period. Please note we will not accept the return of jewellery worn and you will not receive a refund should you return jewellery you have worn.
 
Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account from receipt of the returned goods. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be fully insured.
 
Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
