Warranty Coverage:
All preowned jewellery purchased from Soko Jewels is covered by our warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps, loose gemstones, or prong issues, that may arise during normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, loss, theft, or any modifications made to the jewellery after purchase.

Warranty Services:
In the event of a covered warranty issue, customers are entitled to the following services:
Repair: We will repair the item, free of charge, to restore it to its original condition.
Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will replace the item with a comparable piece of jewellery of equal value.
Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service department within the warranty period.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, must be provided to validate the warranty claim.

Soko Jewels shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the jewellery covered by this warranty.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the jewellery.
